Custom or made-to-order items may take 5–10 business days, depending on design complexity.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to postal issues, customs, or high seasonal volume. We’ll keep you informed and support you through any delays.

Shipping Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, email us at AURASTICH.CO.UK@GMAIL.COM with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please ensure all custom details (design, size, colour) are correct before confirming your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
